Read What The Man Has To Say After The Game

Sunday was Turkey Day for my Wife's family. They try to get together a week or two before
Thanksgiving as a family because it is so hard to do on the real Thanksgiving.
So for the umpteenth time I missed it because of a ball game. As much as I would have liked to have gone,
I would rather be working the game because we have so few and the season is getting old quickly.
The day started with my almost ritual interview in Unitas Plaza with Steve Rouse and WQSR.
I think the first thing he asked was "On a cold day like this are sales usually slower??"
The first thing that came to mind was "Not In My Section!!!"
More than a few of you slapped me on the back during the game saying what a good laugh you got out of that one.
I had a good start to the game and I got a few good pictures in and then I went to work.
Things are really heating up in competition for my Vending room and my Miller Lite Card.
Like I said last week I have to compete every week to keep my spot both on the list and in my section.
I started the day # 9 on "the list" keeping my hopes alive for a top ten finish.
Well I broke a sweat early and I started to Jam. I held off on any Pic's once the game got started because
things were going so good and I didn't want to break my rhythm. Just like any other
sport you definitely need a little rhythm to really get things going.
Yes I think vending is a sport. I compete against other athletes; I shoot for the Top Spot, Material Gains and Notoriety.
I guess you could say "I'm a legend in my own mind." lol. When things are rocking I am on the move,
with a hop in my step and a song in my throat. MILLER LITE, WOOOW, and then I'll hear a yell.
"Who's the Man?" "WOOW Jimmy the Man!!!" I was really feeling good but I started getting tired quickly.
The temperature was great but the Sun did get to me a bit. I'm in as good of shape as I will be all season
but I have a bad history on Sunny days. The low temperature and halftime saved the day for me.
I was feeling a little out it and as halftime was only a few seconds away I grabbed a case of
Beer and a case of Pepsi and staked out the end of the tunnel.
I sat down for a few minutes to catch my breathe and then I got up.
I headed back into the seating bowl with about 14 minutes to go in the third quarter.
Feeling rested and rejuvenated I finished strong. I love heading up an isle where
I can make enough sales to be able to set my beer down for more than a few seconds,
say hello to a few of my fans, slap a few high fives, and answer that never ending question.
WHO'S THE MAN?? I think you know the answer.

So yet another terrific day with my FAM and yet another Ravens win.
Who knows where the end of the season will find us but today it left us feeling good!!!

Until Next Time
